Under the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, Orient International Group is leveraging the green and low-carbon transformation of its core businesses to build new productive forces and core competitiveness, advancing the group's high-quality and sustainable development. In this context, Rongheng Company is actively responding to the parent company’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policies and participating in global climate governance. The company has not only set the targets of achieving carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050 but also formulated a detailed three-year plan. This includes launching its first batch of carbon-neutral products, completing carbon inventories for its Shanghai headquarters and Shandong factory in China, gradually expanding the coverage of carbon footprint calculations and inventories, and completing the carbon inventory for its Bangladesh factory by 2026.

- With the support of Carbon Newture, the company completed the carbon footprint assessment of its first batch of underwear products and obtained a product carbon neutrality certificate.
- Completed a corporate carbon inventory and received an organizational greenhouse gas verification certificate issued by the authoritative third-party certification body TÜV SÜD.
- The Group’s subsidiary, Shanghai Foreign Trade (Pudong) Co., Ltd.,Ltd., obtained a CBAM Conformity Assessment Report for products exported to the EU (CN code 7318), issued by the authoritative third-party verifier TÜV SÜD.
